hello, i am currently making a toplist and i was just wondering if any one can help me a little bit.....

the site im making looks a little like this.....

now all i want it realy to have is a button so people can add a server to the list, a top list looking thing, and a server status checker (not the one that shows if the port is open but the one that shows if the port is IN USE)

im not just asking some one to do it all for me im just asking for a bit of help as i cant seem to make this =(

so if any one can help me PLEASE PLEASE POST =P

build a table for the servers, and form to insert.
database and form code

you should use fsocketopen to check if a server is online,
and do not check the online status real time, use a cron script to update them.

And design a pager and search engine for it:
search make

yeh, thanks and all but im QUITE new to PHP i can code some things but im not that good
it made sence to me what you said (a bit) ill give it a go if you could link me to any tutorials for any if these PLEASE do so.
