Q/A type Forum required

I am looking for a community forum that allows users to ask questions and then also allows posters to post replies that the original poster can accept as an answer and award points to the poster of the answer. Not like Yahoo Answers or Google Answers but more like a threaded forum like phpBB or even an Experts-Exchange clone would be nice...

Does anyone know of a mod to phpBB that can do this or any other kind of board
or script that may be able to be modified slightly to accomplish a thing like this?

phpBB has a lot of mods you can install. Like this one. I would recommend posting over at phpbb.com.

I believe there is more than one mod that does this kind of thing. You should search the mods they offer and post over there. Chances are someone has already done what you want.
