Bundled PHP/MySQL for college submission

Is there a way i can bundle my PHP with MySQL web application on something like a Linux live CD with a browser(webkit pref) that my lecturer can run for marking my website. He is not happy with relying on me hosting it on a live web server.
My application uses pretty bog standard code with the requirement for a cookie to store the userid for login and a mysql server stores the information.

A live preview can be seen here, and the source code here if you want to take a nose. Sorry i only worked on it for 4 hours on Sunday there in rather a rush so it is not perfect.
The username for the admin is David Roy with the password of hikari if you want to test the app at all. With the admin username being the username of the client in the brief.

create an ajax listbox, if there is no Author in it, apply the textfield to add new one.

its just a game , but its a better to select from a select box, if there is no athor in it.

Unfortunitly a video presentation will not be sufficient, he is being a ass because i chose not to pull my hair out over his asp setup.
How it works with the asp students(everyone left other than me) is that they write a page, upload it via ftp then he goes into the server room restarts the server then they can test the page. I chose PHP/Ajax instead as the descriptor said "demonstrate use of a web programming language that can interact with a database".
And i would love to have made it so that the authors where in a combo box but the descriptor says by AuthorID only.

i think you did not start programming in a short time,
but if php is supported and mysql is not, you can store the data in XML.

I have been programming for the last 2 years though this particular project has about a 6-8 hour build time though a lot of the build was saved by reusing my template class and paragraph class. The rest was pretty much ground up and copy and pasted.

I have never tried it myself because I install the components separately, but you could try XAMPP.

Another option could be, lets make an auto installer code for your program.

which can make the database, with a mysql dump. Set the folders and their rights.

That would be orthogonal to providing a suitable environment in which to run the scripts, so it should be done anyway to make the demonstration easier.

Thanks for the input guys i managed a pass with distinction and was able to demonstrate using the program Wamp.

I'm learning a lot with this forum🙂 Would you write this sentese a bit simplier for me, there is an unknown notion in it: orthogonal
My searchings then gets nowhere.

"Orthogonal" means "perpendicular". In this context, it means that something does not affect the other thing, just as changing the x-coordinate of a point on a graph would not change its y-coordinate since the x-axis is orthogonal to the y-axis.
