Why above does not work? it gives error:

this works:

include 'http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inclusion';

I know it has something to do with those variablse, but its bugging me, how do I get first example work?:rolleyes:

its wikipedia, it knows your script is not a browser, you need to send some headers to fake it, curl is probably going to be the easiest way.

thx for a quick reply, have not used curl, will check it out in php 😉 any chance of getting quick sample how I might be able to use curl?

got it working with this

curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_POST, 1);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, 1);
$output = curl_exec($ch);

curl_close($ch);
echo $output;

Now how do I change this, so all links would work with this as well. now its just linking everything under my domain.... basically I just wanted to add page. in to my page.

I could use iframe, but want to avoid that.

you will have to rewrite the relative links to absolute.

Or you might try using a <base> tag.
