RSS Feed Display?

I have a client that wants me to add an RSS feed display to their website...however they want me to give them the ability to pick and choose what feeds get displayed. Understandably, they don't want any negative feeds about their kind of business getting posted.

I would build something from scratch myself, but they aren't interested in paying me extra for developing something myself :rolleyes:

Is there an module(php based) out there that has this kind of functionality? They just want to be able to get online once a day look at the latest feeds and pick the ones they want posted to their site.

What is the best solution for this?

I have been googling my a** off and I am about ready to tell them to get an RSS reader and just copy n' paste what they want if they don't want me to build something....

There are plenty of RSS/ATOM reader scripts/classes out there. If I understand what you're asking, all you would need to add is a back-end admin script that would allow the client to define a list of feed URLs to be processed by such a script, which shouldn't be too difficult; using either a database or a simple flat file to store/retrieve those URLs.
