accents problems

Hi!,

I'm developing an administrator that adds, updates or deletes info in a mysql database. I have problems with the accents. When i add a new record from a simple form it gets added "ÃÂ" instead of "à".

Any help? I'm lost ...

What's the field\table Collation\language set to?
