1. What encryption method, is that known?
2. There are enough encryption methods, that cannot be broken without knowing the decryption key.
3. The very sense of encryption is to keep others from decrypting and reading it...
4. It's surely encrypted for a reason....
5. Where did you get this and do you have any legitimate right to view the content?
6. If so, why not ask for the decryption key?

From the traling "==" of the string I would guess it is base64_encoded, so it might be decoded via [man]base64_decode/man.

Indeed NogDog. I took a cautious look inside - that should not get fully decoded by anyone. It looks fishy:

There are several "evals" inside. The code inside the evals is obfuscated by using variable names like $lll, $llll and so forth. Also by further encrypthing php functions into variables that get evalled deeper inside. I did not feel like trying what would happen if I actually echoed this, nor like investigating what it does.

Possibly malicious? If it is and the OP should be aware of that: I'd suggest a ban.

Most likely this is code that was obfuscated to protect the source. As we have no idea what the contractual terms were to whoever obtained this code, I will close this thread. The OP has enough information to do whatever he wants with this code and risk whatever may befall him for decoding it or not.
