there are multiple sites like this, my example is newgrounds.com
the site is run on an Apache/2.2.11 server and built around PHP
but on the latest update that was made about a year ago there was added all kind of script movements like for example when you rate a flash there comes up another table that grows downwards until it is large enough and there a text pops up
this is my question how is it made
using what language
