My webmaster went bust. I need help

Hi,
I run a little business and my freelance webmaster has disapeared. phone number is gone, website too.
I needed to do important changes to my website and I tried to do it myself through the hosting interface. After playing a bit, I managed to do the changes I wanted on every pages (adding a link to another new website).

To finish I tried to add the link on the index page and then it doesn't work anymore. I have an error message.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '>' in /home/sabarcou/public_html/index.php on line 444

I cannot find a copy of the original page so my website is stuck.

I think I just deleted something that is suppose to close the page. Please find attached. It is really important to our small business to be back online.

If anyone can help, we are willing to consider retribution.

on line 439 you need a closing single quote followed by a semi-colon after the </div>. So it should look like:

</div>'; }
