Code Error : Please Help

Hi
I aint really to cleaver with php and dont really use it at all. I have a form i've been working on and cant work out why im getting the error.

The error im getting is...
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE, expecting '(' in E:\domains\m\militiafc.co.uk\user\htdocs\test2\process-ecard.php on line 211

I have added the files so if someone could have a quick look and point me in the right direction id appreciate it greatly. I also have another small php email form which works fine with my hosting so im sure its not something server related. I have also tried to cross check the coding to see if i could pick up what was wrong but no joy.

perhaps you meant

dagon, thank you! its submitting ok now although i have optional fields on the form and if them fields aren't filled in i get these errors

Notice: Undefined index: AET in E:\domains\m\militiafc.co.uk\user\htdocs\test2\process-ecard.php on line 67

Notice: Undefined index: PENS in E:\domains\m\militiafc.co.uk\user\htdocs\test2\process-ecard.php on line 72

any ideas on how to correct this??

Sorry 1 more question, how would i include a drop down box with say 5 opinions, and if you selected one of them opinions it would send to that person aswel as the default submit address.
