css text area wrap makes text look very ugly!

Hey...So I have a text area that represents hierarchical data...so you know it goes like

title
.....subtitle
...........sub-subtitle
...........more sub-subtitle
...........more sub-subtitle
.....more subtitle
.....etc

so, I want it to be aligned like that in the text area...only problem is that some of the text is more than one line, gets wrapped and then looks kinda like this:

title
.....subtitle
...........sub-subtitle
...........more sub-subtitle more on next line
it goes althe way back to the left side and i would
like it to be aligned with the 'more sub title'
...........more sub-subtitle
.....more subtitle
.....etc

as you can see...ugly 😛

I want it, however, to look like:

title
.....subtitle
...........sub-subtitle
...........more sub-subtitle more on next line

here is a screen of what I am dealing with:

as you can see, the first part is nice, because it doesnt wrap...then it goes down hill from there >.<

make the textarea wider (cols="" and or css)

but why is it in a textarea in the first place? It's a form elemet for user input.

Oh, didnt even realize there were answers 🙂 uhm..

so the treeview is a display area...look here: http://pdem.info/Standards/testTreeview.php

I thought that would be easiest. I sort of found a way around, I set Wrap="off" which works, but still would be best if it was like I said up there...And I will be making it a bit wider, but still not wide enough. any suggestions?
