How do I link a drop down menu to a database ??

I have my database called Teams

I have columns TeamsID and Teams

I want to be able to select a team from the drop down box from the Teams database and then update another database Next_Game with the team

The single record in the Next_Game is only updated.

Is this easy ?

I manually did this last season but the league has changed so much that I would rather spend a bit of time on it so its easier in years to come

find a tutorial on forms and a tutorial on what ever database your using.
