I picked up a book on Python today to expand my horizons a bit.
So far I really like it, it's somewhat reminicent of php with its pragmatic and oo capabilities, it's shorthands will take some getting use to but its mostly just
syntax stuff. I also tried java a few months back took me a while to wrap my head around it. Python seems so much easier, if I get the hang of it that Java book is going to sit on a shelves a while.

I've done a little work with Django, my first foray into Python. I'd love to get my teeth into a bigger project, just need to convince my boss 😉

So far I am really liking python. Its all the things I love about PHP and NOT all the things i hated about JAVA!

It seems a bit loose since you dont have to type anything everything is a name but that also means you think about what you do more carefully which is a good thing.

I'm definately digging missing with the OS before something I obviously never did in web languages.
