i have created a html coded web page for my company where i am working. i need to put a login page, i am able to put the codes but how do people can register and where can the database of id and password can be saved . what should i do to create this. i am only stuck there.😕😕😕

Too little information. You need to answer the following questions:

What server technologies are available? (Do you even have PHP installed?)

Are there any databases available to connect to?

Do you have access to the file and folder permissions? (Flat-file storage, assuming no databases are available.)
