PHP MySQL to XLS or CSV

Hello all,

I have been beating my head against a wall on this. I am creating a report section that exports data to xls (csv) based on the sql query.

I have tried several snippets of code found throughout the internet...
it exports the data but throws garbage below the data.

I am willing to pay someone that can provide me with the code to get this working.
