Really simple ads program

Should be easy for somebody who knows php. It just seems so cluttered to me or something. I dont know. I just cannot make it out for some reason. I'm only a beginner but I've done harder things. This is for forced ads feature on a freehost. The WHM plan name is 5GB100GB and the other plan is 10GB200GB. I want it on all users pages. Email we will say is youremail @ yourdomain.com. header/footer path is /home/thtsite/public_html/tht/includes/ Anyone got the correct finished code? thanks a lot.

the instructions said to edit the /scripts files to do what I just said in the first post.
- emails to go to said email
- show ads on said packages
- path to ads files
I just do not see where to edit the variables like:

where would I put the WHM plan name of 5GB100GB and 10GB200GB ?

the header/footer are the only one i can figure out

so the first part does not change at all?

If not i had it right in the first place. Something else must be wrong somewhere else as the ads are not showing. I'll have to get somebody to look over it. thanks though dagon
