Need to display photos and people can vote on their favourite.

I am trying to do what the title says.

I have photos I want to display in a gallery type of page but also have something on the page so users can vote for their favourite photo?

Any help as to what the easiest/best way of doing this would be appreciated.

Thanks sneakyimp for your reply. I downloaded the files on first link. I am trying to set it up on localhost but without any luck. I run install.php and get this in the address bar - http://localhost/jco/FreeGPL-13F/db/<?=$SCRIPT_NAME?> - I will keep trying.
If anyone knows what i have done wrong please let me know.
