extra textbox

hey guys,
i am trying to build a form where the user enteres the name of people who are attending a meeting.

the basic form will just have one textbox and a submit button.

i would like to have another textbox inserted automatically when the user start entering the name on the text box. and same for when the user enters another name on the inserted textbox.

can you please give me an idea of how i can accomplish it 🙂

i've used AJAX to display the number of textbox needed.

but at the moment, i am using a dropdown list to select the numbers needed.

but i want to have a text "Next Visitor" under the last textbox, which shd bring up a new textbox when clicked on.
