Opening content in new window

I'm making webpage for online betting. I created form where administrator of web page writes informations about match and also tells the result of a match.

Information is stored in mysql database and then read from database and written on web page. So, what i want and can't make is following:

On my web page i have written for example:

France-Italy information about match
German-Japan information about match
Russina-Australia information about match
etc.

So now i want each name of the match (for example France-Italy), to be a link to new page, where user can read more information about match. That additional match is read from database and then wriiten on webpage. How can i achieve this ?

Which part are you asking help with, specifically? The client-side code to pop up the new window, or the server-side code to populate that page with what you're wanting to display?
