Navigation Issue

All,
I have a query that pulls all of the comments so let's say there are 51 total comments.

I'd like to have links like 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and have it go by 10 and then obviously 1 on the last page. Any idea on how to accomplish this dynamically?
