image cannot be displayed because it contains errors

Hi,
I am trying to generate the image via php on my server but I am getting this error. I have GD library enabled. What are the possible reasons behind this? Please help me. Thanks in advance.

to help us be more specific. Post here the code you think makes this problem.

this problem (could/might) handle with error reporting=OFF configuration, buffer redirecting (ob_start++++ ) , ect.

Save the image to the file system or test by direct link to catch utf8 BOM characters...

replace the header with text/html, and make error reporting ON, so you can see the error in the browser.
