I don't know where to refer to this in this forum, so forgive me for posting it here.
I've just downloaded and installed Cake 1.2.5 just as said in its manual, using the "production" structure, thus having this directory structure:
In my local server:
htdocs/mydomain/cake_1_2_5 (htdocs is the document root)
In my public server:
documentRoot/cake_1_2_5
If I enter the local URL:
localhost/mydomain/cake_1_2_5
it works fine. The index page displays a lot of information.
Now if I enter this URL:
www.mydomain.com/cake_1_2_5
A 404 error page is displayed. Could you please help me properly configure CakePHP?
