I search over the net and here in the forums but the calculator is limited to 1970 and up. Any updated codes for any years given? Thanks

One quick search on google and I found one, I've modified it a bit to add a wrapper so you can specifiy year month day separate so there's no confusion as per date format.

I tried running your code but it returns an error.

Fatal error: Call to undefined method DateTime::diff() in.......

Also does this code display the exact age including month and date?

Any idea on how can I fix this using php 5.2.8? Thanks

DateTime is for PHP 5.3 and up. If you're running 5.2.8 you'll have to wait a bit until you can use it.

Otherwise, you're stuck with the first reply and not Installer's replies.

greedyisg00d: Sorry, I thought it would be obvious that my second reply was a follow-up to my first reply. They are both usable only with 5.3 and up, as indicated in the manual entry for DateTime::diff().

bpat1434: I assume you meant that the method I used, DateTime::diff() (and the object type it returns, DateInterval), is available only as of 5.3. The DateTime class itself, along with most of its methods, is available with 5.2.0 and up; diff(), add(), sub(), and a couple other methods were added in 5.3.

bpat I believe meant my reply - although not as nice as the new DateTIme::diff() method, working within numerous PHP versions.
