Deleting All Caps Words

I'm trying to create a script to eliminate all words that are in all caps, and haven't been able to discover a solution.

What I have in each cell is the following:

WORDS WORD LONGERWORD Phrase that is Needed WORDS WORD LONGERWORD

I'm trying to narrow it down to:

Phrase that is Needed

So obviously the other challenge is the fact that the words in the phrase I'm looking to narrow obviously starts with a capital letter. Needless to say I'm a bit baffled and will appreciate anyone who can help me solve this 🆒
