Gonna guess you need to actually modify the mysql information on line 41 instead of "HOST AND PASSES" and "********".

You'll need to do the same thing with the next if() statement where it says "MY USERNAME".

You need to quote your strings. The connection line should be:

mysql_connect('db.domain.net', '353XXX_myusername', 'mypassword')

And a few lines after that the select db line should be:

mysql_select_db('353XXX_mydbname', $c)

Looks like the query isn't finding any data, so it's not returning a result but rather FALSE.

So on the line after:

$setq = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM settings");

put this:

Other than that, it seems like perhaps your application didn't install correctly and you're missing settings. You might want to consult the original developers at this point.

You need to contact the original developers of whatever application you're using. Or you need to check the install as it seems some (or all) of the settings are missing.
