Head or Tail/Batch Scripts,need help

Hello I downloaded free head or tail/batch game and some other games insdie the script,but you see i am total newby,can do only design in the web,but not so good with PHP,htmls,so i need help
First in the codes there is for E-gold processor how to make it LR?
Another thing I use web page maker i upload index [import html] it shows but there are some error,also where to upload the settings and the other stuff.
Do i need to copy the code here? Its quite long

im unsure of most of what your asking, you need to start with some basic php tutorials and work up from there.

I use wampserver 2.0
When i put some php in the www directory and then type the url in browser it displays me that the current php need settings from the other php,so must I make some database so all phps are in there and use the settings between ?

Look here at the top it says that it needs setting.php file

You see i need to put all phps in one place
You see that spend.php and index.php need settings.php
What I must do?
I have xampp and wamp 2.0 server,also web page maker

Also at install insructions I saw:
"3. Upload the files to your directory / subdirectory of your web server."
Is this database? Must I upload them into the database?
