I am very new to php and I've tried to search the forums before posting this but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. If someone can either help answer my questions or point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it.
I have a simple contact us form on a website and am trying to send the information to an email address. I've googled to find out what I can about the code, but something seems to be off.
The email sends to the correct email, it has the correct subject, but here are my issues...
It doesn't show up from the header which I have posted like this:
$headers = "From: $email";
And the content from the form isn't included in the email, that I have posted like this:
$message = "Contact Information: $name\n$email\n$comments";
Regarding the variables, it was my understanding that I should have them called with the $POST array but I've seen it with the $REQUEST array too...which one is correct?
Thanks for the help...if I'm even asking the right questions or if it makes sense.
