Excel exporting & encoding

Hi all,

I want to be able to select the character encoding when exporting to excel. I use a code similar to this in order to export to excel:

But when I try to use Hebrew characters the encoding is all wrong and the text is not readable. I need the encoding Hebrew-Windows cp1255.

Does anyone know how to set this encoding?
