sort an array

i've gt an array list of "SCHOOL,DEPARTMENT,FULLNAME"

so the list will be like this:

1=>SCHOOL_A, Science, Alice
2=>SCHOOL_A, Science, Bob
3=>SCHOOL_A, IT, Oscar
4=>SCHOOL_A, IT, Eve
5=>SCHOOL_A, English, John
6=>SCHOOL_A, Math, Mary
7=>SCHOOL_A, Math, Chris

How do i sort the array list by school, department and lastly fullname
