Reading records from a desktop job sheduling program Software and Show on Web Pages

Hi again

It's late and I am recking my brains to work out how I can get details like "Statements, customer List, Job Shedules, Work sheet and so on " extracted on to a webpage from a desktop software.

I am using a software that makes my business very easy to manage in very detailed way like " Like I can organise customer details, finances, expences, customer list, payment and balances and many other subjects in many different ways"

I have very litle knowledge about writing a complicated program like this, there for, I would like some advise on finding some body who can do this for me, I was told there are few web sites where you can ask professional programers for a quote and exept best offer.
