Hi guys, i'm new to php and i got this errors on one of my projects. I've looked online for the solution but I can't seem to fix the problem. I really need help. I run the page on internet explorer and I get this and under all the errors i can see the form i created. I'm putting the code on the bottom of the errors. check it out please.
