Upside down Shopping Cart

Hi
I am looking for a script which works like a shopping cart only upside down or back to front.
Most shopping carts allow you to browse a shop, put things in a basket and then check out adding your details. I am looking for one which collects details from the customer and depending on those details adds things to their baskets.
The end purpose is for a booking for an event and ultimately a Paypal button, but the cost depends on how many people, ages, family discounts etc.
Cant seem to find exactly what I need. Any ideas. Many thanks for your suggestions in advance.

I don't know of any shopping cart software that would do this for you. It kind of breaches that unspoken line of what software should do for you, and what you should tell it to do.

Most carts (like Magento) have the ability to set up relationships between products in which during checkout you'll automatically shown some products as either (a) what others bought or (b) what you might be interested in based on what's in your shopping cart.
