Script needed: After x amount of hits from same IP address -> redirect

Hi guys..
I can't find a PHP script that will do this, free or commercial.

Basically I need something that will track amount of hits from an IP address and after x amounts of hits in a 4 hour period, redirect to some Y site.

Anyone know where I can start looking?

What I would suggest is make a mysql database, and every time someone visits your page, insert the time, and ip. Then every time they refresh, it checks the data again the database and refreshes.

your taking the wrong approach if you think ip=person, hundreds of people can easily share the same ip, and some people have a different ip for ever request.

Good point dagon. Another good aproach would be to either create a session or a cookie, and store, again, the time. Then refresh depending on how many cookies/sessions were stored on your computer within the past 4 hours. (If its 4 hours, I would suggest cookies. Most people don't have there browsers open for four hours).
