Paypal and php help?

Hi, I have been looking online for about two hours now on how I can automatically send payments through paypal using php. What I have is a database of how much money I need to send to co-workers and send that amount automatically when the workers click "request money" button. Can this be done? Will paypal allow me to do that? If so, can someone please point me in the right direction to do it? Thanks in advance,

that sounds dangerous: "when workers click 'request money' it sends money"
- surely they will click all day and not work?

in principle yes you can do that but you wont be able to make it 100% automatic - it will need 'activate' clicks when on Paypal site (maybe PP one click button might do it for you)

there is an official paypal forum if you sign up as a paypal developer (free) and you will get better answers there once you say exactly what you need
