Need Help for URL Redirection

Hi guys...

I had a problem with URL Redirection which is like this:

I have 2 domains and 2 webhosting, I want to redirect anyone who visit either website, and redirect it to the suitable hosting place based on the visitor ip location.
I want to do that to make the webpage load faster for each visitor that come from different places.

For example:
First web hosting location is in Asia, and the Second one located in USA. First Domain is pointing to the First web hosting, so do the second.
If the visitor come from Asian Region then it will automatically redirect it to the First Domain which is hosted in Asia, and if the visitor comes from Europe or US, then it will automatically redirect the page to the second Domain which is hosted in USA.

If anyone know about this... Please kindly help me to solve my problem.

You need to find out where each actual user is based on some possibly existing information. If you go with ip address, do a web search for geoip which should provide some hits on geolocation databases for ip addresses. But do note that you can never be sure that you have a user's ip address. The only thing you know for sure that you will have is the ip of last relay.
And is it really necessary to do it this way? Why not let the user's decide themselves? Perhaps by presenting an entry page with a world map and let them choose if they want the us site or the asian one. Both simpler and better in my opinion.
