Personally I prefer not to use form creators I like to have control of my own markup. Also this looks very much like a link building/advertisement post.

knowj, on my regard working with form creator are more comfortable, but this is your opinion!
As for your sentence about advertisment I can tell you that you are not right. If I would be spammer I hadn't reply on your responses!

But you should learn how to make a form of your own first.

That's not a knowledge if you click 3 for a form.

Then the second step is to write your own form builder application,
that's not costs ~$170 + support

I didn't say it was a bot. But the 2 posts you have so far posted on this forum both link to a website selling a service hyper linked within prime key words. "form creator" and "php form tutorials".

The domain name and website they also link to is also heavily market/Search Engine Optimised for the key words you used within the links. I've been in the industry a while and I can spot marketing and SEO techniques a mile off.

I value anyone inputting information within the php builder/internet.com communities however I do not value marketing that isn't supporting the community or SEO attempts.

Apologies if this comes across as flaming. I do not wish to cause argument and would be glad to help with any questions/queries or discussions within the forum. Just not links to companies/services.

knowj brings up a good point. This is supported by the fact that the resource that you linked to is only available in a commercial version (beyond the free trial period). As such, I have edited out your link.

If you read the FAQ you would also have seen:

Footers may contain a pitch - it's a bit of a trade-off. The user is contributing to the community and in return they get exposure via their footer. Posting useless stuff and a huge ad in their footers is a complete NO.

Malvina: Although laserlight already edited out the link, I'm gathering that whatever it is you linked to is some type of commercial PHP product. Is that correct? If so, it could easily be construed by many as advertising, something that violates our AUP here.

Either way, I don't think this is the best community/forum to post reviews/opinions about PHP products (unless, of course, the products are your own and you have questions and/or want a Code Critique).

EDIT: Looks like laserlight and I were typing at the same time! :p Anyway... thread locked.

EDIT2: :eek: Not only does that form creator use HTML tables to create the form, but it's not even valid HTML markup! People seriously pay for garbage like that? :quiet:
