Database Top list?

I can not find any webpage
telling statistics in round figures of which databases people use.
For web applica-tions or so.
Maybe this is difficult to find out. Not as easy as what Browsers are used.

There are plenty of different database engines. And most are supported by PHP.
Here are a few:

informix
sqlite
firebird
sybase
oracle
mysql
msql
mssql
postgresql

If you can find some top-list with % percentage shares of DB, I'd like to know.

MySQL is the greatest, of course. Followed by MSSQL, Oracle and PostgreSQL.
This is my own guessings.

Search the Web, of course 😉

For example, I quickly found one that might be a biased selection of such lists: MySQL Market Share, plus it does not specifically cover Web applications.
