[RESOLVED] Including files problem

Hi,

I am using the full path to include my files

require $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'] .'/bhl/administrator/Themes/default/nav.tpl.php';

my script run on bhl folder
how could I make my script accept any folder other than bhl

I mean if someone need to install it in folder other than bhl

Well like you said, you're using the "full" a.k.a. absolute paths in your scripts... why not use relative paths, such as:

include('../../config');
include('../Themes/default/nav.tpl.php');
// etc.

Try this:

$path = "/html/index";
$dir = dirname($path); //$dir is set to "/html"

$path = "/home/httpd/domains/example.org/html/index.php";
$dir = dirname($path); //$dir is set to "/home/httpd/domains/example.org/html"
?>

This will be in your main index file and then you can use what brad has on the other pages.

you identify this file [/html/index] manually.
I need if any body install my script, my script identify all files automatically.
