Link a PHP Website to CPA Offers

There is a PHP website which contains few products. User registers , accepts a product and is directed to a completely new website.This is a CPA offer website wherein the user will select an offer , complete the offer and do a checkout .
If the user does not complete the offer , is there any way to track this in the original (first) website?

you could log each stage on site 1, then it would be easy to generate a list of uncompleted transactions.

while on your site, you can log what they click what they put in forms etc.
