[RESOLVED] Timeout importing into phpMyAdmin

I am getting a "Timeout" error when I import into phpMyAdmin. I am importing my "live" db so I can do more testing. When I continue importing (after the error), as phpMyAdmin suggests, I get about about 1500 more records but still not all of it. So where can I increase the time/size?? I looked but I cannot find anything.
