[RESOLVED] last updated formating..

I'm looking to display the last time formatted so that if it was posted yesterday, it says "yesterday", if it was two days ago it says "2 days ago"....up to "a week ago" instead of the date.. kinda like the last post here on phpbuilder. I have no idea where to start with this... thanks!:o
