Page moves from left to right

After weeks of development i have finally finished my website, after uploading it to my host and viewing it the page goes from left to write.

What i mean is

When i first click to go to my domain the content of the site starts at the left and then after it loads it gors to the middle, the middle is where it is always ment to be, and is on my test server.

The page has PHP HTML and CSS in it.

I realy need some help and would apprciate it.

I found out the problem, it is to do with the live chat button that i have on my home page.

when i removed the button all was fine, but why is the button making it do this?

The button is coded in javascript.
