403 forbidden - error_log (php/extensions/no-debug-zts-20060613/ixed.5.2ts.lin)

A php page works fine until I try and pass variables through the url and then I get a 403 forbidden error.

In my error log it is telling me I have a php extension missing: php/extensions/no-debug-zts-20060613/ixed.5.2ts.lin but I cant find any information on this extension.

Any advice or help appreciated.
