Social Network template / skinning

I'd like to know what the best / easiest social networking templates are? And maybe talk to someone about skinning one for me after I complete the design of it.

are you talking social networking php scripts like pligg etc. or into design. There are lots of clones scripts like myspace, facebook clones in php and so on as well which work great.
