Import table problem using Navicat and phpmyadmin

When i try to import a CSV file into phpmyadmin I get this message: #1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '1,Handbags,"Florette bags and a new ",185,kk optional packaging,"Exterior: Soft' at line 1

Not sure what to do. Do i need to make a table first to import?

looks like some fields are quoted and others are not, needs to be consistent.
