[RESOLVED] PHP and command line

Alright so I know that you can run PHP scripts through command lines, but what I'm curious about is can I use a php
script to send commands a command line utility.

I have a command line utility program that I want to be able to send php scripts to process some files and spit them back out processed, and I'm not even sure if it was possible or exactly how or the most efficient. It'd be for handling audio files
