I have been developing php for a few months and have quickly fell in love with the language even though i am hugely disappointed in it's lack of abilty to include massive amounts of data.
but i am now to the point where i can make anything i want in php or learn it very quickly and what kinds of things should i be looking to create to get potential employers attention?. a basic most requested things to do and create?.
i also will be getting zend certified soon witch i think is a step in the right direction.
also i keep hearing that i should join projects as lead and general what types of projects would jobs be more drawn to for potential employers.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
