can you please help me with this issue ?

I need a component in Joomla that can auto attach files in a folder to articles. The title of article will
be the file name without file -extension, and then every file in the folder will be attached to an article
(new article) .This will repeat every 5 minutes. Every 5 minutes will files be attached and the folder
will be empty. This hasn't to be a component , maybe you can help me and tell where I can put a php code In a Joomla site which does this steps for me.
This code or component is very urgent for me please help !

    According to Joomla's extension catalogue there's a "jCron scheduler", a "JR jCron" and I wouldn't be surprised if there are other extensions for providing scheduling for administration tasks.
