[RESOLVED] Connect login and registering page using php?

Ok I know this is a newb question but anyway, I was reading a book to get better at HTML and I am making a login and registering page. I made all my stuff for the login and registering page but I don't know how to get the data after some clicks the Submit button on my site. Any Help? Thanks.
