Form to database and then txs mail and convermatiommail to master

Hello

I'v made a form and it's writes into the database.
But what i miss is an thank you mail and a mail to the master off the site.

After writing in the datebase there is only a blank screen with writing database suxcesfull.

I don't know a commando or what to do this where to place?
mayby hier ???

The code you posted is HTML, not PHP (or any other server-side language, for that matter).

Depending upon your needs, you could add a simple call to [man]mail/man after the data is inserted into the database.
